2.19.07 Blue Political Clips for Nightowls
Early this Presidents Day morning, here are some of the popular political clips making their rounds throughout the progressive blogosphere:
- Winning over hearts and minds.
- Iraq: The Real Story. This is what USA journalism is missing. About 45 minutes long. I encourage you all to find time to watch.
- Harry Reid: Iraq worst foreign policy mistake in history. This was during an appearance yesterday morning on CNN's Late Edition with Wolf Blitzer.
- Hillary Clinton's plan on a way out of Iraq. While watching this, I got a creepy feeling early on: "If we're going to keep the conversation going, you need to know what I'm thinking, and I need to know what you're thinking." Hmm.
More clips later today and tomorrow.
1) Winning over hearts and minds.- A "fuel shortage" in Iraq?... I can't wait to hear the Bush administrations excuse for that at the hearings! You would think there would be a more "diplomatic/Public Relation-ee way to handle the gas can issue!
On the left hand side of The Blue State Homepage, there's a section "Useful Information", I checked out the , it is the most comprehensible and complete statistic site I have seen.
2) Iraq: The Real Story.- Sad, truly sad. I'd like to see this run on CNN & MSNBC all night instead of "Lockup" repeats. Bush should watch this...oh wait, I forgot, he's too busy for this crap, one of his commanders should "tell him about it" (he listens to them)
3) Harry Reid: Iraq worst foreign policy mistake in history.- And the worst decision Reid made for the year was letting the Senate vote on a recess after their Saturday vote.
