Bush has no Iraq back-up strategy

The governors that met with Bush last week were probably startled -- although some less than others -- to learn that the Administration does not have a back-up plan just in case their recently announced Iraq strategy does not work:

During a White House meeting last week, a group of governors askedPresident Bush and Marine Gen. Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefsof Staff, about their backup plan for Iraq. What would theadministration do if its new strategy didn't work?

The conclusionthey took away, the governors later said, was that there is no Plan B."I'm a Marine," Pace told them, "and Marines don't talk about failure. They talk about victory."

Next step: start praying.

Maybe the administration should consider "one of" the democrats plans (even though the reps keep touting they don't have one)

Next verse, same as the first.
