eWeek.com reports that the government can't keep its secrets any better than a 13-year-old girl.  The annual report filed by the House Government Oversight and Reform Committee gives the federal government a C- (or for you college grads, a 2.75 on a 4 point scale with a /- system) for its handling of secure information.

I love this part:

Rep. Tom Davis (R-Va.), a ranking member of the committee, said the grade indicates a slight improvement.

Speaking of improvements, Homeland Security received a D for 2006 (2.25/4).

...marking the first time it did not receive an F since ratings began in 2003.

The full article is here and the comic came from here.  What do you think?
