'Nothing Less Than Complete Victory in Iraq'

Casket08What exactly does the New Way Forward entail? Our military is stretched tothe limits to the point where our next door neighbors have been called toservice (reservists and national guardsmen). Which has already become a securityand relief issue here at home. If anyone in uniform is fair game, I wonderwhen the Boy Scouts will be called to arms? The Americans aren'tBoyscoutsbigotrye calling for thewaving of a white flag, however they are disgusted with how the war continues tobe handled. Bush seems to ALWAYS have a "next plan" after the failure of the previousone.

VictoryIn Iraq

The United States Will Settle For Nothing Less Than Complete Victory InIraq. Withdrawing on an artificial deadline would endanger the Americanpeople, harm our military, and make the Middle East less stable. It would alsogive the terrorists exactly what they want

Building Democracy In Iraq Will Establish A Peaceful Civil Society That IsAn Ally In The War On Terror. Free societies are peaceful societies, anddemocracies do not attack each other. Free nations give their citizens a path toresolve their differences peacefully through the democratic process. Democracycan be difficult, complicated, and even chaotic. Iraqis have to overcome manychallenges, including longstanding ethnic and religious tensions, and the legacyof decades of brutal repression. But they are learning that democracy is theonly way to build a just and peaceful society - because it is the only systemthat gives every citizen a voice in determining their future.

Iwo Jima:'A futile battle' fought without surrender

"Iwo Jima helps us remember the importance of peace and not going to waragain. Twenty thousand Japanese men died on that island, 1,000 came home -- butnot one surrendered. All the survivors were unconscious, or hurt so badly thatthey were captured. It's a tragic place. For Japan, it symbolizes the importanceof peace, and it is a place where the spirits of the dead sleep."

'Before you die, kill as many Americans as you can, even though you knowyou're going to lose.' There is nothing honorable about Iwo Jima -- it was afutile battle."

When our soldiers are fired upon by a sniper, we launch a rocket at thebuilding, which couldIwojimaflag contain some "friendly Iraqis"

Even thedead were being forced to fight'

While waiting, we collected the dead bodies of the Japanese soldiers aroundthe area, cut open their bellies and pulled out their guts. We undid the buttonsof our jackets and pushed the guts through the holes into our own chests, anddangled the guts from the bottom of our pants. Then, we waited for the enemy inthe pile of dead soldiers.

We're sending mentally and physicallyinjured soldiers back to fight.

I hope the Iraqi parliament enjoys their 2month recess.

Ok, look. Here's the deal on Iraq, A to Z.

Frat-Boy Commander Guy came to power with a HUGE chip on his shoulder over the fact that his Dad had not offed Hussein. Frat-Boy was really irked by that. So he figured he go whack Hussein, feel better about his Dad's snub from the Dictator, take over the ever grateful country of Iraq, have the oil, the hero's welcome, and the beginning of an ever-expanding control of the Middle East (per Wolfowitz plan for the new millenium).
AND, Quick-draw-Dickie was positioned to make billions rebuilding what Frat Boy destroyed.
Hey, this looked like a winner! (to crooks and liars)

Now, guess what? Iran, and Syria, just to begin naming names, thought that was a really poor idea. Long story short: whatever pipe dreams we may have of being better, and "bettering" others, those guys are not going to let us take over the Arab world. Not a chance.

So all the rhetoric about "winning", about "building a democracy", about "establishing a peaceful civil society" ... Not under our flag, it's not happening. We don't have any business being over there telling them how to straighten up their affairs. Why would those other countries put up with that for one minute; we wouldn't!

If Iran came mincing over to Canada to whip a few things into betterr shape according to their way of thinking ? ....HELLO?!

And as for "making the Middle East less stable" by leaving. It sure didn't bother him to do that by going in.

This is all the sheerest nonsense, and I think maybe we ought to refuse to continue discussing it in any other euphemistic terms.

The guy invaded a foreign country (with our money, our resources, and our blood) for his personal benefit (egotistical and material), and the benefit of his cohorts, and fell so flat on his face his mouth is going to be between his shoulder blades when he can pull himself up again.

Now he wants us to spend whatever we have left helping him "save face".

We need to be crystal clear in understanding who this guy is!
