Pentagon wanted to build "gay bomb"
During the Cold War, it was exploding Cuban cigars. During the war on terror, it's gay bombs.
A government watchdog group has learned that the building a bomb filled with hormones that turned the enemy into homosexuals:
A Berkeley watchdog organization that tracks military spending said ituncovered a strange U.S. military proposal to create a hormone bombthat could purportedly turn enemy soldiers into homosexuals and makethem more interested in sex than fighting.
Pentagon officials onFriday confirmed to CBS 5 that military leaders had considered, andthen subsquently rejected, building the so-called "Gay Bomb."
EdwardHammond, of Berkeley's Sunshine Project, had used the Freedom ofInformation Act to obtain a copy of the proposal from the Air Force'sWright Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio.
As part of a military effortto develop non-lethal weapons, the proposal suggested, "One distastefulbut completely non-lethal example would be strong aphrodisiacs, especially if the chemical also caused homosexual behavior."
The proposal gets even more laughable:
"The Ohio Air Force lab proposed that a bomb be developed thatcontained a chemical that would cause enemy soliders to become gay, andto have their units break down because all their soldiers becameirresistably attractive to one another," Hammond said after reviwingthe documents.
At first, this story started as a rumor on the . But thanks to the documents obtained through the , we now know that this desperate idea was indeed considered.
All this from the so-called small government party of Reagan.
Ha! What a joke. You liberal wackos never cease to amaze the public with your lunacy. Your lies have been exposed for all to see.

I'm not really sure what Jim is talking about, but this is hilarious.

I found out about this site from the Dem Debate chat, which I enjoyed much.
A very nice site, with good articles.
Looks like you have the same dumb trolls here that we have at Newshounds. I guess the Gay Bomb is all good with Spaza, but anyone reporting on it is a left-wing w(h)acko?
Will they never learn?

Jim, how is this wacko? The Pentagon admitted that this bomb was being considered. Are they the wackos? Oh, that's right....this is just the fiscally conservative Administration you wanted, isn't it?

This is too much. This is pretty close to a webcomic....
The Spiders is a webcomic that presents an alternate assault in the war on terror that involves sending exstacy bombs and chemicals designed to increase the empathetic pathways in a human to destroy the enemy's desire or capability to fight.

This report says the the government didn't reject the idea outright, but rather persued the development of the "weapon." I find it ironic that the government, with such a strong "anti-gay" agenda would consider using homosexuality as a weapon!! good stuff.
