Obama fires back at Clinton
One day ago, Hillary Clinton told a newspaper that Barack Obama was "" for believing the next administration should be willing to meet with US foes. Today, :
“I think what is irresponsible and naïve is to have authorized a warwithout asking how we were going to get out — and you know, I thinkSenator Clinton hasn’t fully answered that issue,†Mr. Obama said todayduring an NBC News stakeout outside of his Senate office.
“We have a difference,†Mr. Obama told our colleague, Jeff Zeleny,as he walked from the Senate floor. “Unless Senator Clinton wants todefine what her nuanced perspective is.â€
Indeed, Mr. Obama suggested that he had no intention of changing the
subject.“It goes to the heart of whether or not we’re going to have a fundamental
change in how the Bush administration has conducted foreign policy,†Mr.
Obama said, “or we’re going to have a version of Bush light.â€
The "Bush light" phrase comes straight out of Howard Dean's 2004 playbook.
Several months ago, House Speaker to meet with leader Bashar Assad. Fox News, among many other conservative outlets, about whether that was the right thing to do. Is Clinton agreeing with Fox? Actually, .
Hi I'm Hillary Clinton, I'm experienced at approving illegal wars. Did you hear me? EXPERIENCED! vote Hillary!
Obama is getting close to nailing it on the head. All he has to say every time she raves about her worthless experience is question her votes on Iraq. Put her in the same boat as the Republican Party - which she basically is anyway. She's scared to alienate the right. Obama can totally feed off that fear.
