(Video) Hillary releases first television ad
Political junkies like myself have been waiting for this to happen, just to get a glimpse at the underlying themes that the Clinton Campaign was going to present in the final five months before the first contest. In this ad, they portray Hillary Clinton as a deeply personable, caring individual that wants to restore America's sense of community:
Everything about this ad was so meticulous, and it does nothing but good for her campaign. Even as someone that is clearly not a fan of Hillary Clinton, the political science student in me is amazed by all the emotion that was conveyed in just a one-minute span. She clearly has the best strategists of any presidential campaign.
Well put together ad. I don't believe she will do much if anything to right the wrongs she is showcasing though.

Beautiful ad! That really is a "touching" ad. They hit the mark. But, AD nonetheless.
Bought and paid for. Staged and orchestrated. They are ADS!
The information about lobbyist money brings us closer to a truth we need to focus on.

Yeah, Jon and Granny, it's just a shame that most people will not follow this stuff as closely as we are. I don't care if they reach a different conclusion than I do. What offends me is that most Democrats have NO idea that Hillary Clinton accepts money from lobbyists, and that Obama and Edwards do not. Most importantly, people do not understand WHY accepting lobbyist money is destructive to democracy.
