Blue Nightowl Clips
As we post in the middle of each night, here are some of the political clips making their rounds on the blogs tonight:
- 36 Nations? During his speech, President Bush claimed that the coalition of the willing now includes 36 nations. (Reality check, Mr. President. We have 169,000 troops in Iraq. The country with the second most forces in Iraq is Great Britain, with just over 5,500.)
- Republican Chris Shays admits we are in Iraq for oil.
- Much to do about nothing speech.
- Fox's Gibson attacks MoveOn.org AGAIN!
More clips on Friday. The Blue Radar, with all of the Friday morning political headlines, will be posted several hours from now at 4 AM ET.
This guy, Jon Robin Baitz, has found the words I couldn't come up with to comment on MoveOn.org:

Ahh,
Laura Ingrham-the alternative (Ann Coulter)little bit more classy but just as nasally irritating with the untruths..
For her and Gibson, I think they cheerled the 527 group of Swift Boat Liars. I think their credibility was lost when they never challenge nor condemned the Swift Boaters. Laura did cheerled the Swift Boaters and I am sure she is recorded in past media somewhere, of her false witnessing.
It is to late now to appologize and condemn the Swift Boaters for Laura and her Repubs. They had no trouble hiding Bush's cowardice behind Swift Boating Kerry then.
Never appologized Laura did you? And you now expect respect?
You have to give respect to earn it Laura.
And Laura and Gibson are two people that really have little connection to speak of the troops.
