It would figure Webb's amendment would be voted down. You see operationally, Webb's amendment would make plain just how strained and broken our military is, and the White House can have none of that.

I think the Cafferty File being its own show makes CNN that much better. Better than what? I don't know. Some would say CNN does great, others say it is as scummy as FoxNews, but regardless, Cafferty is an improvement on whatever it was before.
