SCHIP not through even if Bush vetoes it again
I have been told by an email source that if President Bush vetoes the Democrats latest SCHIP bill, Democrats will bring the bill up again in September of 2008, making it an election year issue.

Let them. They want to expand the program for middle class families who already have insurance, but leave out poor kinds who are already sick. Such a plan should be vetoed.
