SUPER TUESDAY
This is the big one! If you are in a Super Tuesday state, make sure all of your friends are out there voting. We need a big turnout in California in order to win.
Use this thread to talk with fellow Obamaniacs throughout the night as the results come in. Unfortunately, I am at work, so I can only log on and comment during my breaks. I will post something later on tonight.
Todd,
Do you think national polls are totally relevant? I mean they do still include states like Texas, Florida, Oregon and Penn, right? So that would swing any nat'l poll to clinton.
That said, im yet to see many Tuesday state polls where obama is leading by much. I think he'll do well. And that may be all he needs with his new huge cash advantage and with Maryland and DC on deck.
Im very worried on Tuesday if he gets blown out of NJ or loses CT or Alabama. That's my early barometer of success. All of which could be countered by a big win in California.
i cant wait for this. he's peaking at the right time. again.
Also, I'm very disappointed to see Edwards stay silent. I don't get that guy at all. He wants change right? he wants the lobbyists out, right? No one can make the common (non) voter rise up more quickly than Barack can - that's how you create power, John. Not by just being pissed off at the world.

FINAL PREDICTIONS:
Obama loses on super tuesday. hopefully it's not that bad because he can make up a lot of ground in coming weeks in MD, Virginia and in Mississippi.
GET OUT THE VOTE!!!!!!
Let's do this the easy way.

I can't see a decisive victory either way tomorrow. That means my vote might actually count for something. Who would have figured that a few months ago.
Obama sure has the momentum, but I just wonder if he had enough time over the past week or two to make up the ground he needed too. I think a lot of those Cali voters voted early and may have gone for Clinton.

Have you seen this?

Georgia called instantly at the close of polls for Obama. . .this was one of the benchmarks we were looking for. 86% of the African American votes. . .and 43% of white voters.

Hey everyone,
Georgia sounds positive. It's also a good sign that NJ and Mass are not called for Clinton yet.

latino votes 61% clinton. that is not so great for her. that will not offset the 75% obama black vote (i assume it's at least that much)

I'm tired of CNN's "PROJECTION!" splash screen every time they make a projection.

Then don't watch CNN try this.

Missouri has shifted in dramatic fashion. . .it looks like Obama will pull out a win there. Incredible given that it was called for Hillary for 2 hours ago.

Obama didn't do as well as some of the early exit polls suggested, but given that the two will be basically tied for delegates tomorrow, his campaign has to be happy.
I sincerely hope this thing doesn't come down to either the superdelegates or the fight over Michigan/Florida.
