What Obama should accept

As Kos eluded to last night, the only deal Barack Obama should accept is for delegates in both Michigan and Florida to be split 50-50.  At the moment, there is a deal in the works that would split Michigan's votes 50-50, and let the Florida delegates stay proportionately the way they are, but give the Florida delegates only half a vote each.

Remember though, regardless of whether you think the current primary/caucus system is bad, if states like Florida are allowed not to follow the rules, then more states will move their contests up in 2012, and it will be complete chaos.  Florida didn't follow the rules.  Because it is an obvious Clinton state, Democratic insiders are trying to make it count.  That is wrong!

Make both Florida and Michigan split their delegates 50-50 between Obama and Clinton, then call it done.

My main concern with Florida is the popular vote. I think clinton's big chance to steal this thing is to say she won the popular vote overall.

No one from Fla or Mich should even be seated. This is Scooter Libby logic. No more second chances.
